Instead, we utilize magic link and Gmail authentication methods to offer a secure and convenient sign-in experience. This document will guide you through the process of signing in without the need for a password reset.


Signing in to MailMentor without a password:

1: Visit the MailMentor sign-in page:

To access the MailMentor platform, please visit the following link: https://app.mailmentor.io/sign-in


2: Choose your preferred sign-in method:

Once you've navigated to the sign-in page, you have two options to sign in without a password:


Option A - Sign in with your Google account:

  • Click on the "Sign in with Google" button.
  • Enter your Gmail email address and password.
  • Follow any additional prompts to complete the sign-in process.

Option B - Sign in using the magic link:

  • Click on the "Sign in With Email" button.
  • Enter your email address associated with your MailMentor account.
  • Click the "Sign in" button.

Accessing your magic link:

After selecting the "Sign in With Email" option, the system will send a magic link to the email address you provided.

  • Open your email inbox and locate the email from MailMentor containing the magic link.
  • Click on the magic link within the email. This will automatically sign you in to the MailMentor platform.

Note: The magic link is time-sensitive and will expire after a certain period. If the link has expired, please repeat the sign-in process to receive a new magic link.
