Availability Injection is a powerful feature of MailMentor that streamlines the scheduling process by automatically detecting and inserting your available time slots into your emails. Using MailMentor's Availability Injection feature offers several advantages, including:

Using Availability Injection
To use the Availability Injection feature effectively, follow these steps:
1: Connect your Google Calendar:
Before you can use Availability Injection, you must first integrate your Google Calendar with MailMentor. For detailed instructions, refer to our Integrating your Google Calendar help document.
2: Compose your email:
When using the AI to generate a new email that has a meeting goal (scheduling demo, getting on call, etc) the MailMentor AI will automatically add your available time slots to the email with no additional configuration needed.
3: Customize your availability:
The AI will pull your availability from your google calendar. By default, the AI will look for open time slots during normal working hours (9:00a to 5:00p) in your local time.
